THRAVIK / PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 3, 2026
Thravik is a macOS browser made by Evhalon. Browsing data is designed to stay on your Mac. This policy explains what the Thravik website and app handle, including when you choose optional account features.
Information handled by the website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare may process connection and request information such as your IP address, browser details, and requested pages to deliver and protect the site, under its own policies. The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics, or cross-site tracking. Links to GitHub and other services take you to those services under their own privacy policies.
Information handled by the browser
Thravik stores browser data such as browsing history, bookmarks, settings, and website data on your Mac so the app can work. Websites you visit may receive information directly from your browser and handle it under their own privacy policies. Thravik does not send the contents of your pages to its developers.
Saved passwords and authenticator secrets are stored in the macOS Keychain when you choose local storage. Autofill is user initiated and does not submit forms. If you import authenticator accounts, the app uses the information you select or scan to create local entries.
Optional account and sync features
If account features are available in your build and you choose to sign in, Thravik processes your account identifier and email for authentication. Google sign-in is used only to authenticate your account; Thravik does not request access to Gmail, Drive, or Google contacts.
If you explicitly enable Thravik cloud sync, selected workspace or vault data is encrypted on your device before upload. The sync service processes encrypted records and limited account and device information needed to authenticate, route, and synchronize them. The service cannot read end-to-end encrypted passwords or authenticator secrets. You can use local password storage without enabling Thravik cloud sync. iCloud Keychain synchronization, if selected, is provided by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Service providers and retention
Cloudflare hosts this website. Account or sync features, when configured and enabled, use the authentication and storage providers described in the app. These providers process information to operate their services under their own terms. Local browser information remains on your Mac until you remove it using app or macOS controls. Account and sync data is retained while needed to provide the feature or until it is deleted through available account controls or a deletion request.
Your choices
You can browse without creating a Thravik account. You control whether to enable cloud sync and which password-storage provider to use. You can clear local browsing data in the app or macOS, sign out, and manage website permissions in settings. For privacy questions or account-data requests, contact Evhalon on GitHub.
Children and changes
Thravik is a general-purpose browser and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the website or app changes. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
