THRAVIK / TERMS
Terms of Use
Effective date: October 3, 2026
These terms apply to the Thravik website and the Thravik macOS browser, provided by Evhalon. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using Thravik
Thravik is a browser for macOS. You are responsible for your use of the app, the websites you visit, and for complying with applicable laws and the terms that apply to those websites. Do not use Thravik to interfere with services, violate others’ rights, or compromise the security of systems or accounts.
App and website
Thravik and its website are provided by Evhalon. The app, its branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond using the app as provided. Third-party services, websites, and software remain subject to their respective owners’ terms.
Privacy and optional features
Your use of Thravik is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Account, cloud sync, passkey, and extension capabilities may depend on the app version, configuration, macOS permissions, and third-party availability. You choose whether to enable optional account and sync features.
Updates and availability
Features and compatibility may change as Thravik is updated. The website or app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Download availability, signing, and system requirements are described with each release.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the website and app are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every website or extension. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Evhalon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or app. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions about these terms can be sent through Evhalon on GitHub.
